Description
This is the final version of my squirrel drawing in color.
The total time (in 2 days) was nearly 8 and a half hours. XD Talk about dedication! But the good news is that I was really proud of it (even though I spotted mistakes) and Aaron fell in love with it when I gave it to him. I ended up putting it in a protective cover - just in case it got folded. <--paranoid
Actually, the most difficult part I had was the fur and shading on the squirrels. (The tail was surprisingly easy for me) The other thing I began to dread was the amount of shading I put into the bark of the trees and the leaves. (I asked myself: WHY DID I DRAW SO MANY?!) lol. I spent more time on those than coloring the actual squirrels. -_-
Material Used: mechanical pencil, fine pointed sharpie pen, crayola color pencils (since I'm not rich enough to go buy prisma)
